When Simon returned to New Zealand in 2003 after exiting his businesses in the US and Europe, he sought to lead a Business Advisory firm. Still, he struggled to find a team of individuals who had genuinely experienced the challenges of growing, scaling, and exiting businesses. "The Theory, Research & Frameworks will only take you so far without first-hand experience."

Over the years since his return, Simon has worked to build the advisory team he had been searching for. Having lived and breathed Strategy-Execution for over two decades, Simon is passionate about the exhilarating pace of change in today's business landscape. He believes that companies who are disciplined in their iterative approach to planning, and courageous in their innovation, are the ones who will succeed.

He often states, "If the rate of innovation inside your business doesn't meet or exceed the innovation happening in the marketplace, then you're going out of business."
